Reporting to the Senior Manager - Category & Shopper, we are searching for a dedicated and creative Shopper Marketing Executive to play a key role in driving the success of our portfolio. Position: Shopper Marketing Executive
Reporting To: Senior Manager - Category & Shopper
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Implement "Best Practice" activation strategies across all brands and channels within the Stuart Alexander & Co portfolio.
- Utilize project management skills to ensure effective communication and information flow between sales, marketing, and brand partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and deliver POS and pre-packs that meet brand, sales, customer, and field requirements.
- Drive the development of in-store activation standards, including POS catalogues and field merchandising standards, to ensure flawless execution.
- Conduct supplier reviews to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness of activation elements.
- Support key category initiatives and contribute to the development and communication of key shopper insights.

We are looking for a highly driven and results focused candidate looking to take the next step and be challenged, who possesses the following:
- Strong project management skills with a minimum of 1-2 years of FMCG experience, preferably with trade marketing and field sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commercial acumen, with the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is desired.
- Experience in managing third-party agencies or suppliers is a plus.
- Passion for consumer goods and understanding of retail space challenges.
