We are on the lookout for a visionary Digital Marketing Executive to lead our client s digital transformation. This role offers a unique chance to craft and implement a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Strategy:
Create, deploy and lead an end-to-end Digital Marketing strategy that aligns with our clients brand and business objectives.
Content Creation:
Generate compelling content that resonates with our audience across various digital platforms, including social media, website, and email campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand voice.
Social Media Management:
Design and implement a robust social media strategy to grow our online presence and engage our follower base.
SEO and SEM:
Drive our search engine optimisation and manage paid search campaigns to boost visibility and traffic. Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of all Digital Marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing Digital Marketing team, fostering creativity and innovation.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with PR, communications, and event teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Follower Engagement:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance follower interaction and loyalty through digital platforms.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a demonstrable track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies, preferably within the entertainment industry, but not essential.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive digital innovation and engagement.
Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
Technical Proficiency:
Deep understanding of Digital Marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels
