Digital Marketing Executive

The role
As Digital Marketing Executive, you will provide essential ecommerce, website and content strategies to drive digital acquisition and enhanced customer experience. Your primary focus is digital developing acquisition and customer content strategies and SEO. You’ll also get involved in broader offline marketing projects in including product, GTM, comms and brand initiatives.

Digital Marking Executive Responsibilities

eCommerce & Website

• Management of 2x ecommerce websites
• Manage refurbished program including product, brand and reporting
• Plan and execute tactical roadmaps for sales and product launches, working closely with creative and dev teams
• Analytics and reporting
• Work with dev on CRO strategies
• Manage SEO across all websites

Customer Content

• Work with partners on customer comms projects
• Develop customer support content including troubleshooting, FAQs, videos. 
• Optimise help and support content and platforms

Marketing Support

• Support marketing team on other marketing, media and brand tasks
• Invoicing and budget management

Requirements

• Experience in ecommerce and developing digital roadmaps
• Solid understanding and experience in content management within Shopify 
• Expertise and creative flare for website content and copywriting
• Experience in developing and implementing SEO strategy
• Proven track record in customer-centric roles 
• This is an onsite role
