What’s the opportunity?
We're seeking a Digital & Demand Lead to oversee Digital Marketing and demand generation efforts across Lumify Group's companies. This role involves developing and executing Digital Marketing strategies, ensuring successful implementation across various digital channels. You'll collaborate with agencies and internal teams to drive performance in paid advertising, SEO, email, social media, and display advertising. If you have experience in Digital Marketing and a knack for driving results, then this could be the role for you.
What will you do?
Day to Day
- Develop and execute an 'always-on' Digital Marketing strategy and demand generation strategy.
- Create and implement a website traffic plan, setting goals and benchmarks for achievement.
- Enhance brand awareness for the group and its subsidiaries, driving engagement and conversions through compelling digital content.
- Continuously explore and evaluate new digital channels and tools to optimize marketing efforts.
- Optimize website and social media channels for SEO and usability, utilizing UX principles for ongoing improvements.
- Innovate and propose creative growth strategies to drive business objectives.
- Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on data-driven insights.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption when applicable.
- Lead and manage a team of Digital Marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with performance goals.
- Develop, assess, and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures.
- Communicate digital and demand performance effectively with heads of marketing, sales, product, and general management across all businesses.
- Collaborate with product Marketing Leads, brand managers, and events Marketing Leads for successful campaign implementations.
- Manage database maintenance and ensure effective budget management.
- Analyze online data to identify opportunities for optimizing the performance of online assets and campaigns, reporting insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Measure and report on ROI and KPIs, including Cost per Conversion (CPC), Lead to Close Ratio, Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), and Conversion Rates.
- Utilize web analytics tools to monitor site traffic and engagement metrics, such as Organic Traffic, Engagement, Time Spent on Pages, and Number of Sessions.
- Deliver insights into social media effectiveness and engagement, including Post Impressions, Post Engagement, Page Engagement, and Page Likes/Followers.
- Manage and optimize the demand funnel according to business-specific objectives.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing Digital Marketing strategies that have driven measurable results, such as increased brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Previous Leadership Experience: Experience leading Digital Marketing teams and effectively managing resources to achieve business goals.
- Data Analysis: Experience in analyzing Digital Marketing data and translating insights into actionable strategies for optimization and improvement.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the industry landscape, including emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in Digital Marketing and demand generation.
- Collaboration: Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as product marketing, sales, IT and general management to align digital initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Budget Management: Experience managing Digital Marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently, and optimizing spending based on performance metrics.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is typically required, though equivalent experience may be considered.
