Assuming a Digital Marketing position that has been held for three years, this role is a thrilling opportunity within our dynamic and ambitious small team. You will be responsible for overseeing all social media channels and digital advertising opportunities across our diverse brands (conferences), playing a vital role in our marketing team.
Demonstrate your expertise in search and paid advertising across various platforms, with a primary focus on generating leads and acquiring customers. We are seeking someone with a creative mindset and strong analytical problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of different digital touchpoints, execute highly effective campaigns aligned with an extensive conference calendar, and achieve digital objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
🚀To create organic and paid Lead Generation strategies.
💰To work towards set budgets and targets per campaign.
📱Social media posting management and engagement management.
📱Utilising google analytics to review and revise strategies.
📱Split testing & adjusting posts as required.
⌨️Monitor and manage conversations, discover relevant and engaging content, schedule posts and identify new Digital Marketing opportunities to support the campaign’s objectives.
📱Plan, create, manage, optimise and evaluate digital ad campaigns, using platforms such as:
- Meta (Facebook) Business Suite
- Google Network (Ads and Display)
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Tweeter (X) Ad Manager
- Google analytics
🤝 Manage sponsor and alliance marketing deliverables (working closely with the conference managers to receive and post external advertisements designed by our clients)
🖥️Website imagery sourcing (be a part of creating the conference websites through sourcing the best imagery)
While not compulsory, it would be highly beneficial if you:
📹Possess basic video editing skills for YouTube and social story posts.
🔎Are familiar with lead tracking and reporting using HubSpot.
🎨Have experience in designing and creating social media graphics for organic posts, promotions, and advertisements.
🎓Ideally, hold a tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, or Digital Media
