The roleThis permanent part-time role (0.6) will help South East Water deliver better outcomes and experiences for our customers and community through insight driven marketing campaigns. The Digital Campaign Advisor will coordinate and deliver strategic and tactical campaigns through offline and online marketing channels, with a specific focus on delivering through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Customer centricity is at the core of all activities.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the role includes, but is not limited to the following accountabilities:
- Delivery of campaigns that align with South East Water's strategic direction and are informed by insights
- Executing Salesforce Marketing Cloud programs, using journey builder, email studio and content builder to deliver email and SMS campaigns.
- Executing end-to-end operational elements of campaigns across online and offline channels, including social media, website and customer bills to name a few.
- Optimising 1:1 data-driven campaigns through data segmentation and analysis, applying insights and optimising performance.
- Building, testing, tracking and deploying campaigns to deadline.
- Providing insightful campaign reporting and post implementation reviews.
- Working across the business to champion marketing and digital communication processes
- Participate in on-call/after-hours duties and incident management duties.
The Digital Campaign Advisor will require a degree qualification and/or demonstrated relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, communication, digital design or equivalent. Armed with at least five (5) years of experience and technical capability in building campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including page creation and experience in AEM.
The following skills and knowledge are also required in order to thrive in the role:
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute campaigns that align with strategic objectives and drive business value (ROI).
- Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret data to understand and report on campaign metrics.
- Thorough understanding of legal requirements.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability understand and adhere to brand and tone of voice guidelines.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Strong planning, attention to detail and time management skills.
- Results driven with demonstrated project management experience.
