Title: Digital Marketing Lead
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 + Super (Depending on experience)
Location: Adelaide, South Australia
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement cutting-edge Digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Lead and inspire a team of Digital marketing specialists, fostering creativity, collaboration, and excellence in execution.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, analyze competitive landscapes, and uncover strategic opportunities for client campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor Digital marketing strategies to meet their unique needs.
- Oversee the seamless planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring cohesion and synergy across diverse teams.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, providing data-driven insights for continuous optimization.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain the agency's leadership in the dynamic field of Digital marketing.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in Digital Marketing are advantageous.
- Proven experience (4 years minimum) in a Digital marketing role within an agency environment.
- Thorough understanding of Digital marketing channels, tools, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated success in managing and leading a team of Digital marketing specialists.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement creative and effective Digital marketing strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proactive and adaptable, demonstrating a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and changes.
