Digital Marketing Team Lead

About The Role: 
We are in search of a committed Digital Marketing Team Lead to bolster our expanding team. This pivotal role requires the chosen candidate to either reside in Adelaide, South Australia, or be willing to relocate. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager and the founder, the role focuses on amplifying the effectiveness and efficiency of our Digital Marketing services, while also providing leadership and mentorship to the Digital Marketing Team.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in Digital Marketing, evidenced by a strong history in project leadership and team development, ensuring our agency remains at the forefront of the Digital Marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities: 
Mentorship & Team Development

• Provide comprehensive mentorship to Digital Marketing Specialists, facilitating their transition into project leadership roles.
• Mentor Digital Marketing Officers, identifying and supporting their development areas.
• Develop and refine training programs using industry-leading materials to ensure our team stays current with best practices.
• Contribute to the recruitment and growth of the Digital Marketing Team.

Operational Excellence

• Conduct in-depth reviews of our existing processes, identifying and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with management to turn team feedback into actionable improvements, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Enhance our Digital Marketing service offering through ongoing development and improvement.
• Improve integration between our Marketing Team and other organisational units.

Client Project Management

• Lead up to 6 client projects, supporting Market Ease Digital's growth while maintaining hands-on experience to share with the team.
• Assist new Digital Marketing Specialists in project audits and setups to ensure our service level remains high.
   

Supporting The Digital Marketing Manager

• Ensure alignment between the Digital Marketing Manager and the team by setting and communicating key performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities to grow the size, efficiency, and efficacy of our Digital Marketing Team.

Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing role, with a substantial focus on Team Leadership and project management.
• Experience working within a Marketing Agency environment.
• Demonstrated ability in mentoring and developing Digital Marketing professionals.
• Comprehensive understanding of Digital Marketing strategies, tools, and platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Google Ads, Looker Studio, LinkedIn, Klaviyo, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Fundamental understanding of how Digital Marketing influences different pillars within an organisation, such as HR, Finance, Operations, and Leadership.
• Exceptional analytical skills, proficient in setting, tracking, and achieving KPIs.
• Skill in process optimisation and operational efficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively managing client relationships and team dynamics.
• A commitment to continuous learning and adaptation in the rapidly evolving Digital Marketing landscape.
