Focus on the development, implementation, and management of Bedford’s Digital marketing strategy within a multidisciplinary marketing team.

About the Role
This newly created position within the Bedford Marketing team is located in Panorama and is a result of the organisation’s commitment and willingness to evolve and develop its capabilities as a market leader in the disability sector. This role provides the opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to take ownership of Bedford’s digital footprint, leading the digital refinement of our legacy Bedford brand as well as the creation and development of a digital presence for several new brands, including Bedford-backed social enterprises Cultivate Food & Beverage, Dovetail Advanced Manufacturing, and GreenInc.
Other key responsibilities include:
- work strategically to develop, execute, and monitor a digital roadmap aligned to Bedford’s bespoke goals and needs
- oversee the creation of high-quality, consistent digital assets across all of Bedford’s brands
- maintain knowledge of industry and market trends to provide data-driven analysis and advice to the organisation
- critically analyse all of Bedford’s digital touchpoints in the customer journey ensuring an accessible and memorable experience
- provide reporting on the performance of all Digital marketing campaigns
About You
As this is a newly created role in a growing and changing organisation, it requires a confident and experienced Digital marketing practitioner with the ability to navigate the complexities of a large and diverse organisation. The successful candidate for this role will have values that align to those of Bedford and will also possess a growth mindset with a desire and passion to develop and continuously improve.
Other knowledge, skills and attributes include:
- a tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
- a strong understanding of UX / CX, SEO, SEM, personalisation, and analytics
- a community mindset focused on commercial outcomes
- ability to engage and persuade internal and external stakeholders
- proactive problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate
For this role, the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Bedford.
- A National Police Clearance (no older than six months old)
- NDIS worker screening clearance, or other NDIS approved clearance to work in the disability sector
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
- 100 points of identification
