About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive the e-commerce strategy, brand awareness, and customer engagement through all digital channels. The position will report to the Managing Director and Sales Director.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Plan and deliver upon business objectives for brand e-commerce, top and bottom line, driving a sustainable and profitable outcome.
- Guide e-commerce trading based on data analytics to identify trends and opportunities and act accordingly in collaboration with the digital product team.
- Manage all Digital Marketing campaigns across channels like SEO, PPC, social media, email, affiliate, etc.
- Optimise website and landing pages for conversions in partnership with the Digital Product Team.
- Analyse site traffic, conversion rates, and other analytics to identify opportunities for optimisation. Prepare reports on performance.
- Oversee paid search and shopping campaigns, manage budgets, and track ROI.
- Manage email marketing campaigns,print campaigns along with promotion of trade shows both in Aus and NZ and database growth.
- Oversee social media strategy and content calendars and manage paid social campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on Digital Marketing and e-commerce trends and technologies.
- Provide recommendations on improving funnel conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal/external teams including sales, customer service, and product development.
- Set online KPIs and monitor e-commerce performance metrics.
Knowledge and Skills
- Relevant bachelor’s degree qualification and a minimum of 2 years experience in Digital Marketing.
- High level of knowledge about the brand philosophy and values.
- Strong experience in Digital Marketing strategies and managing ecommerce platforms and/or online retail.
- Experience managing Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels like SEO, PPC, social media, email, etc.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.
- Experience with email marketing software and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Experience with CRM platforms and email service providers.
- Experience with Digital Marketing tools like SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and funnel optimisation.
