Reporting to the Director of Brand & Marketing, the Digital Client Services Manager will be driving best-in-class client management and new business deals for the division.

With your expertise as a digital account director/manager and strategist, you'll embody the role of a passionate client advisor, relentlessly pursuing outstanding customer satisfaction while delivering tangible results.

What you’ll be doing

Client Partnership  

    • Ensure exceptional client experiences across key accounts through effective communication and performance management. 
    • Develop strategies and manage execution of channels such as Email, CRM, SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Media, Social Media and Programmatic. 
    • Lead workshops internally and with clients to devise marketing, content, and growth strategies to maximise performance and ROI.   
    • Review digital performance of key client accounts, with a constant monitoring of lead metrics and forecast overall monthly targets. 
    • Develop monthly reports and confidently run through performance and recommendations. 
    • Sound use of Figma and Canva for assembling graphics when required. 

Business Development   

    • Contribute to the financial performance of the division by proactively identifying opportunities to provide value to businesses with existing clients across the BlueRock community.  
    • Maintain client retention through excellent client experience and performance.  
    • Produce scope of works, proposals, and pricing ensuring healthy gross profit is obtained across your portfolio. 
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities through digital, industry and BlueRock led events while working toward achieving target volume of deals. 

Requirements

We want to hear from people who have:

    • 7+ years digital marketing experience with at least 2+ years working in an agency environment. 
    • Strategic and practical experience in developing content and SEO strategies.
    • Experience developing paid media plans with proven track record in achieving client outcomes and strong ROI.
    • Experience working with marketing automation platforms from a strategic or practical perspective such as HubSpot, Active Campaign, Klaviyo, or Salesforce.  
    • Proficient copywriter with experience in both long-form and short-form ad copy. 
    • Expert knowledge in Google Analytics, GA4, GTM and Data/Looka Studio.   
    • Experience working with both B2B and consumer brands with a solid understanding of eCommerce related KPIs.  
    • Sound commercial acumen and experience working with financial performance targets.
    • Excellent written and verbal English.
