We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing direction of our Australian Skincare brand. You will be required to work across both online and retail channels, taking responsibility for driving brand awareness, engagement and growth.

Through strong brand awareness and a loyal customer base their products now sits in the hands of millions of customers in over 150 countries worldwide!
In this role you will manage multiple direct reports and report into the Head of Marketing, we are looking for someone with the right experience and the capability to manage a team.
The Role:
- Develop marketing plans across online and retail to achieve brand KPIs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, creative and sales team ensuring cohesion across all marketing
- Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns - digital advertising, social media, influencer partnerships and in-store promotions
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance - providing actionable insights
- Manage the execution of your direct reports
Location: Melbourne
Work Model: Hybrid - 4 days on site, 1 day WFH
Salary: - $110,000 + Super
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3 - 4 years across Digital Marketing with prior exposure to offline channels
- Beauty/Cosmetics/Skincare experience is required
- Strong knowledge of design; adobe suite
- Confident with Shopify platform
- Strong experience in Social Media (both organic and paid)
- Experience with retail marketing projects, including product, packaging and activations
