The Role:We have an exciting full-time opportunity to join AIDH as our Part-Time (0.8) Marketing Manager.
Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing and Events, the Marketing Manager's role is pivotal to developing and executing the institute's marketing and communications strategies. The position takes the lead on campaign plans, manages the budget and timelines, and integrates strategies and planning to present a cohesive, consistent brand to members and the broader digital health community.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Strategic Planning and Stakeholder Management – develop integrated communications and marketing plans to achieve Institute objectives with support and direction from the GM Marketing and Events..
- Marketing and Communications– execute campaigns across traditional and digital media and management of a team to ensure production targets are met
- Reporting and Analysis – Review campaign strategies and outcomes with a view to continuous improvement to inform future campaigns and event planning

What you will bring to the role to succeed:
Your extensive Marketing skills (ideally in health care and related industries) and experience will stand you in good stead, as will your ability to connect with people (internally and externally) to build relationships. You are a professional, dynamic and a great team player. Above all, you enjoy taking ownership and responsibility and know how to act with speed, agility and pragmatism.
Ideally, you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, business or relevant disciplines (or equivalent)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to use strong discretion and judgment in a complex business and political environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of competency in the development and coordination of marketing plans and campaigns across different departments
- Extensive experience in overseeing the development of and execution of marketing plans and evaluating them based on a variety of channels to enable growth in business opportunities
- Demonstrated experience using insights to inform program and project delivery, including strong analytical and strategic skills with a proven ability to identify key issues and opportunities
- Ability to influence, advocate and advise across all levels of the organisation with clear communication and facilitation skills
- Proven tract record of driving efficient and collaborative marketing solutions and delivering on-time and accurate and quality marketing solutions
- Exceptional organisational skills, with an ability to plan, organise and prioritise marketing projects and campaigns that deliver impact in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
