For nearly two decades, Yalari has been changing the lives of Indigenous children from remote and regional communities, by providing scholarships to Australia’s leading boarding schools. In 2024, we proudly support 248 students on their boarding school journey at 19 partner schools, alongside over 500 accomplished alumni who've made their mark across the nation.

The Role
- Leading the creation, curation, and evaluation of Yalari content across all digital channels. This includes Yalari owned, earned, and paid channels (web, SEO/SEM, social media, display advertising, eDMs, PR).
- Leveraging existing brand assets to create new campaign content weekly, including writing, editing and distribution of content.
- Implementing the agreed marketing strategy for the Yalari brand, oversee measurement and reporting on the performance of Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Working collaboratively to manage affiliate marketing with Yalari corporate partners and supporters, utilising affiliate partner digital assets.
- Working closely with creative advertising agency of record, along with media and public relations partners on a project basis.
- Planning and integrating Digital Marketing campaigns with traditional media, corporate fund-raising efforts and community outreach programs.
- Ensuring key policies and procedures are in place.
- Developing recommendations, post-analysis, reports, and campaign post documents.
The Ideal Candidate
- Prior experience in a similar role across integrated marketing channels, content development and Digital Marketing.
- Solid knowledge of the various social media platforms and best practices.
- Social media savvy with a finger on the pulse of trends and innovation across the Digital Marketing landscape.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior time management, organisational and project management skills.
