You have a wide range of skills across Digital Performance marketing channels, you're a skilled communicator and a confident, resourceful problem solver. This role includes...
- The planning, management, and delivery of performance digital marketing activity across client accounts (Search, Social, Display etc)
- Analysing campaign performance against key criteria, developing reports, and presenting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Managing campaign budgets and ensuring an ROI is achieved in line with overall targets.
- Working closely with the Head of Digital and the wider strategy and content teams to assist with overall client strategy development, client presentations, etc.
- Working closely with client service, marketing, and production teams to ensure the delivery of fully integrated client campaigns
- Budget management for all campaigns to make sure clients do not overspend or underspend budgets
- Client communication and account management for key digital accounts
- Conceiving and presenting new initiatives and opportunities that add value to Ripe clients.
- Maintaining an understanding of the latest digital opportunities and trends in consumer interaction with digital technology and, more importantly, knowing how to leverage this into online initiatives / campaigns
The successful candidate requires…
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
- 3+ years in a digital or performance marketing role
- Good knowledge of major Digital Performance tactics, including paid search, social ads performance display / programmatic, etc
- Understanding of attribution models and measurement frameworks
- Experience using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Experience working cohesively within a dynamic small team environment
- Client/account management experience and strong communication skills
- Skills and experience in the strategic planning of digital campaigns
