ABOUT THE POSITION
MITP is in search of a Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the Digital Marketing realm. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, possesses exceptional communication skills, and embodies strong leadership qualities coupled with a genuine passion for their craft.
In this role, the successful candidate will oversee numerous partners and projects concurrently, undertaking responsibilities such as strategizing and implementing campaigns, coordinating internal workflow and production, as well as diligently tracking and reporting on project advancements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
- Work with our partners to create digital media strategies that align with their marketing objectives.
- Analyse and report on partner projects on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.
- Assist in creating timely and engaging content optimised for platform and intended audience.
- Coordinate and define project requirements to ensure that key delivery milestones are met.
- Stay current with social media trends and tools – including attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years of Digital Marketing experience, or a related field
- Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
- Experience including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, social media management and website development & management
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
- Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- Assist with challenging partner requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple and ever-changing priorities
- Working knowledge of paid digital advertising campaigns
- Strong project management and managerial skills.
