Role Overview:
As the Marketing Manager at eCom Capital, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure the timely and budget-aligned delivery of projects in line with our company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
-Lead all PPC endeavors across various marketing functions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
-Manage a team of web, copy, and content production teams to ensure timely and budget-aligned executions.
-Drive the rollout of new initiatives and marketing campaigns, analyzing results and optimizing performance.
-Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and optimize marketing mechanisms.
-Take a holistic approach to marketing, incorporating organic efforts, events, and top-of-funnel activities to drive awareness and conversions.
-Collaborate with the strategy/coordination team to enhance overarching marketing strategies.
-Identify and prioritize revenue-driven projects to maximize company profitability.
-Develop marketing mechanisms such as webinars and sales pages to enhance efficiency and drive sales.
-Plan and execute international expansion efforts to broaden the company's reach.
-Develop detailed execution plans, outlining stakeholders, responsibilities, and potential risks.
-Manage and oversee contractors and teams involved in projects, ensuring high-quality work and effective collaboration.
Work closely with the data team to ensure optimal data collection and leverage insights for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in PPC management across platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
-Experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
-Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
-Willingness to work longer hours when necessary to support the -growth of eCom Capital.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Reporting Line:
You will report directly to the CEO.
