We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our global organization. This role will be a 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential to become full time.
A global, ASX listed, blue-chip client base - including many of the Fortune 500 and some of the world’s largest banks, airlines and telecommunications companies, rely on IR to provide performance and experience management solutions for their mission-critical systems and infrastructure.

The Digital Marketing Manager is part of the IR Global Marketing Communications team. Their primary purpose is to translate marketing goals and objectives into actionable and measurable Digital Marketing initiatives, including online media, SEO, SEM, website strategy, social and other digital components.
The key responsibilities of the role include –
- Devise strategies to drive online website traffic with the purpose of lead generation and brand awareness.
- Create, implement and optimise digital activity to compliment marketing campaigns, including SEM and PPC strategies (e.g. Google Adwords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager).
- Manage all company-owned web properties (ir.com, foreign language microsites and sub-domains), including project development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancements.
- Manage and implement website improvement strategy to ensure IR has a leading-edge web presence that is engaging and focused on lead generation.
- Monitor digital performance by analysing and interpreting relevant data and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Stay up to date on new digital tools and technologies and identify how to leverage them within IR to broaden reach and improve performance.
- Follow Digital Marketing best practices, policies and procedures such as A/B testing.
- Champion new ideas and be both proactive and reactive to changes in the digital marketplace.
- Effective management of online projects, budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Collaboration with a global Team across different time-zones e.g. US, UK, Singapore.
The job requirements and qualifications required for the role include –
- Full working rights in Australia
- Strong experience in web production/project management/a digital management role delivering across B2B or B2C corporate environments.
- Analytical and ROI focused approach to Digital Marketing.
- Experience in a broad range of digital initiatives including website/mobile development, UX design, producing wireframes, email marketing, digital display advertising, SEO and SEM.
- Experience with the technical side of digital, including working knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery, tracking codes for analytics to an advanced level.
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of PPC engineering for major search vendors and up to date with latest algorithmic changes.
- Strong knowledge of emerging web technologies.
- Experience managing external agencies.
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager
- Broad knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and associated third party applications, including emerging platforms.
- Relevant degree, ideally Digital Media or Digital Marketing qualified
- A data-focused individual capable of making data-informed decisions.
- An expert in taking insights and converting them into strategic recommendations.
