What You'll Be Doing:
Strategic Leadership: Lead the development of a holistic IMC strategy that encompasses email, SEO, SEM + newsletters for every stage of the customer relationship.
- Digital Marketing Excellence: Drive Digital Marketing efforts, utilising advanced techniques in Email, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and online advertising to increase visibility and engagement across all digital platforms.
- B2B Relationship Building: Work directly with the sales team to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing leadership development in organisations that support sales initiatives and foster long-term relationships.
- Innovative Promotional Campaigns: Create compelling, innovative promotional campaigns that resonate with both HR professionals and functional heads, ensuring campaigns are timely, relevant, and effectively communicated across all channels.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise analytics and market research to inform strategy, continuously analysing performance metrics to refine marketing efforts, identify trends, and capitalise on market opportunities.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure that all marketing initiatives align with and enhance the brand's positioning, maintaining consistency and a high quality across all communications and marketing materials.
- Financial and Resource Management: Zero Base Budgeting. Plan and deliver the marketing budget with precision, ensuring investments are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver measurable ROI.
