- Implement initially one webinar per week and then scaling to 3 webinars per week with high quality attendees
- Develop and execute Digital Marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
- You'll master the art of negotiations, securing the best deals for our partner initiatives, while ensuring optimal timing for delivery and maximizing engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective and data-driven marketing campaigns
- Identify and analyze key metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization

- Presenting the data so the CEO can make data driven strategic decision making. You'll be at the forefront of scaling a phenomenal business, working directly with the CEO.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing goals
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on marketing funnels
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful Digital Marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Deep understanding of Digital Marketing funnels and conversion optimization strategies
- Proficient in using marketing automation and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- You must be able to attend meetings between 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM Pacific Time due to distributed team members.
