Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our Digital Marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to our website, and generating leads and sales.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Digital Marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's website.
Manage and optimize all Digital Marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and optimize campaign performance based on the insights gathered.
Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website, social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
Monitor and analyze the performance of Digital Marketing campaigns using various analytics tools, and report on key metrics such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visuals and multimedia content for Digital Marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Digital Marketing, and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and IT to ensure alignment of Digital Marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Manage relationships with external Digital Marketing agencies and vendors, and oversee the execution of outsourced Digital Marketing activities.
Lead and mentor a team of Digital Marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Advanced degree or certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.
Proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a track record of successfully developing and executing Digital Marketing campaigns that drive results.
In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in Digital Marketing.
Experience in managing Digital Marketing budgets and optimizing campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI.
Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is preferred, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of Digital Marketing professionals.
Highly organized with strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
