Job summary
Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Digital Marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital landscape in the region, including various platforms, trends, and cultural nuances.

Your new role
You will work closely with head of commercial as well as global and local marketing teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
The objective of this role is to help transform SFI Health into a customer-centric organisation that embraces technology, operates with a learning mentality, and makes data-driven decisions.
The APAC Digital Marketing Manager will also be the team leader for the Brand/Trade Manager and the Medical Marketing Manager. Pricing guidance on strategy, budgets, and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy - Identify market trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging digital opportunities in the region.
- Content Marketing - Web content management – responsible for loading, formatting, and linking all content to the local pathway websites
- Social Media Management - Develop and execute regional social media advertising campaigns
- Email Marketing - Optimise email content for regional and country-specific relevance
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) - Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility
- Paid Advertising - Manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media
- Data Analysis
- Budget Management
- Compliance and Localization - Ensure compliance with regional data protection and marketing regulations.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, focusing on the Asia Pacific region.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
- Knowledge of regional digital trends, culture, and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing software and tools.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to the region is a strong advantage.
Specific Job Skills:
- Experience in digital content generation, ideally with Digital Marketing experience; agency side experience viewed favourably.
- Experience marketing direct to consumer mandatory, ideally in consumer healthcare; knowledge and interest in Natural Medicines desirable.
- Previous experience managing, writing and updating website content, including SEO and SEM management.
- Experience in database marketing, customer loyalty programs, and CRM is desirable
