Digital Marketing Specialist

We're looking for another incredible Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Social & Staple team.

Who is Social & Staple?

We're a full-service Digital Marketing agency based on the Gold Coast, working with e-commerce and service based businesses across the beauty, fashion and lifestyle industries. Our bread and butter? Paid Ads, Email Marketing, TikTok and Social Media Management.

We’re looking for someone to work on our client facing team, however more directly alongside our killer paid and email team.

WHAT YOU’LL HAVE…

• 2 years of paid media experience, including Meta, Pinterest and Google
• Previous experience running email marketing campaigns end to end and be proficient in Klaviyo, Drip and MailChimp platforms
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Appreciation for quality marketing and aesthetics
• Basic understanding of the Adobe suites including Photoshop and Lightroom
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics
• Passionate about marketing and have a willingness to learn and grow within the company

WHAT YOU’LL DO..

• Implement, optimise and manage paid media campaigns across META, Google, TikTok and Pinterest
• Executing and optimising email flow strategies
• Report and analyse campaigns across paid and email platforms and provide insights and recommendations based on data findings
• Collaborating with clients to understand their business goals and objectives and aligning marketing strategies in line with this
• Staying up-to-date with best practices and trends
• Support the Senior Paid Ads Specialists and/or Email Specialists across client campaigns

This is a full-time position (3 days in office, 2 days at home), based out of our office in Miami, Gold Coast to start in April 2024.
