Role Overview: As a key member of our administration team, you will report to the Service Manager and perform a variety of tasks to support our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurate data entry and administrative support for our claims management team.
- Processing payments and managing invoices using Xero software.
- General office duties, such as ordering supplies, managing pay runs, and providing general administrative assistance.
- Handling phone calls, responding to emails, and managing other correspondence efficiently and professionally.
What We're Looking For:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
- A keen interest in learning and developing new skills.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
