About the role and responsibilities
We are seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic and high performing team. You will form part of the team which assists G+T’s practice and operational groups.
You will be required to assist the business with administrative and concierge services. The team’s purpose is to assist people to be as effective as possible in their work. We aim to give a 5* service experience every day.
You’ll be responsible for assisting with administrative and document related tasks, providing back-up cover for our Executive Assistants and providing a wide range of concierge services (organising travel, restaurant bookings etc). This role will offer you the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of different practice areas whilst participating in training to build up your EA skills while getting to know the firm. This will enable you to progress into an Executive Assistant role within the firm when internal opportunities arise. No two days will be alike.
About you
To be successful, you will be required to have:
- Intermediate Microsoft office suite skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Highly adaptable and flexible with the ability to work independently
- Great attention to detail
- A proactive and positive work ethic
- Customer Service experience would be beneficial but not essential
