The Digital Marketing Specialist role provides technical support and specialist advice and support to the Marketing, Communications, and Engagement team, with a particular focus on tracking digital engagement and campaign performance to measure the effectiveness of Digital Marketing and communications activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, analyse, and report user data for the scheme’s online channels and digital advertising campaigns. Recommend growth strategies and tactics to increase traffic and conversions. Plan and oversee ongoing website development, advocating for a user-centered design approach and using data and insights to recommend content and UX improvements that need to be implemented. Implement and maintain Exchange for Change’s CRM platform for our consumer and public audiences. Platform maintenance and managing content on our websites.

Experience:
- Ideally 3-5 years in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM platforms (Hubspot preferred), email marketing and CMS.
- Understanding of SEO and SEM.
- Demonstrated experience running advertising via online channels.
- Demonstrated experience tracking, analysing and reporting on digital advertising campaign performance and website performance.
- Demonstrated exposure and work with both B2C and B2B audiences.
