About the role
We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in SEO and PPC who is passionate about travel and all things digital. We want someone who would like to be a thought-leader in the industry and who would like to continue to learn and improve their skill set in the fast-moving and ever growing travel and tourism industry.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing innovative industry-leading Digital Marketing strategies and campaigns in line with client's business objectives across New Zealand, Australia and Asia
- Analyse performance data + look for opportunities to optimise and recommend new strategies where needed and present these to clients.

About you
You will be a 'people person' with a passion to exceed client expectations in all things digital. A willing to always think ‘outside the box’ to constantly present new revenue making opportunities and solutions for our clients. And ultimately be a great fit with our company and client culture.
You will possess the following:
- 3+ years digital agency and/or in a similar Digital Marketing
- Experience in SEO, PPC, campaign creation and analysis, Google Ads, Paid Social Media and a good understanding of data and GA4 is a must have
- Excellent communication skills and able to present strategical ideas and build great client relationships coordinating the client and the delivery team.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Experience in travel / tourism / hospitality in a similar role client side or agency side is advantageous
- A professional approach to working independently and efficiently on short and long-term projects from concept to execution and analysis
