This pivotal role would suit someone with at least 3 + years of Digital Marketing/client service experience under their belt. We’re offering a solid base plus a bonus based on on-target earnings.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to: Client Team Lead

What your day will look like:
- Client communications - meetings, emails or phone calls with clients about ongoing projects, strategy, campaigns, relationship management and trouble shooting
- Planning & strategy - briefing teams, building out marketing calendars, looking for ways to improve digital presence for clients and meet their business goals
- Executing work - ranges from creating campaigns, social posts, writing eDMs, ad copy, website updates
- Owning and pursuing proactive, rather than reactive, client service opportunities to surprise and delight clients on a sustained basis
- Preparing presentations, conducting keynote sessions workshops and delivering end of project reports for enterprise level partnerships
- Continuously improve and develop content and product offering.
- Liaise with sales and management team to deliver agency sales opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Digital Marketing trends and best practices
- Requirement for brief periods of interstate travel
Ideally, we're looking for:
- Prior experience in a relevant field. I.e. business, marketing, economics, communication or advertising
- A deep understanding of business/advertising/marketing
- Commercially focused and data led
- Demonstrated experience providing exceptional client/customer service, ideally in a role that requires relationship management
- Clearly articulate & implement complex digital strategies and themes
- A proactive team player who also works well independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude
