Central Regional TAFE is responsible for delivering customer focused, industry aligned training and pathways to higher education to build a skilled, productive and employment ready workforce. We deliver 185 courses to 10,000 students each year in the Mid West region - Geraldton, Batavia Coast Maritime Institute and Technology Park, the Gascoyne region - Carnarvon and Exmouth, the Goldfields region – Kalgoorlie and the Wheatbelt region - Northam, Merredin and Moora.

About the role
This position is part of our Client Experience Division which manages the College’s Student Services, Student Business Systems and Academic Quality functions. Excellence in customer experience is core to the team’s function of supporting the delivery of contemporary training.
The Digital Media Officer is responsible for managing the College’s social media channels, coordinating the production of digital content for CR TAFE’s website and social media platforms.
The position is also responsible for the analysis and reporting of stakeholder engagement with the College’s digital platforms, improving digital initiatives, systems and processes through the provision of advice, analysis, development and implementation of services.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have strong experience in digital marketing including the management of social media, metrics and analytics; with a focus on positive stakeholder management.
