About the role
Our Digital Analytics and Optimisation team within our eCommerce function is growing and we are now looking to build and grow an exceptional digital team. In this role you will be responsible for driving and building the experiences that deliver the Coles Optimisation strategy across the full digital customer lifecycle. You will use data-led insights to deliver the optimisation and personalisation roadmaps, building experiences and reporting and presenting outcomes and findings. You will strive to deliver enhanced, consistent, and engaging experiences for our customers across the Group. Please note we are open to candidates Australia wide.

What you'll be doing
As the Digital Optimisation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading, creating and delivering the optimisation and personalisation roadmap. You will drive business engagement through thought leadership and effective storytelling, leveraging strong data and insight.
You'll also:
- Ensure productive collaboration with Product Owners and teams to deliver world class experiences and deliver on business
- Drive and evolve the personalisation strategy across Coles assets
- Formulate and validate hypotheses from Qualitative and Quantitative Data to cultivate a test and learn culture across the business
- Facilitate and enable inclusive design by planning for and prioritising accessible design, requirements, development, and testing
- Experience working across one or more Digital Marketing technology providers preferably Adobe Marketing Cloud.
- Experience in building campaigns & leading Digital Optimisation of a company's Digital Properties, through A/B & MVT Testing, Behavioural Targeting & Personalisation
- Experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation and Marketing Automation, primary focusing on improving website and customer experiences to deliver growth
- Proven experience gathering, eliciting, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements in a way that is complete, clear, correct, and consistent
- A Highly collaborative style with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to meet targets
