In this pivotal role, the Demand & Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing inventory demand planning, order cycle management, and Supply Chain coordination.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to optimize inventory forecasting, planning, and stock management, while leveraging customer data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales & Production teams to develop and implement inventory forecast plans.
- Assess current and future inventory levels to optimize stock holdings.
- Execute purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely materials provision.
- Utilize data analytics to perform SKU and Customer analysis, providing actionable insights.
- Communicate stock position, SKU performance, and customer insights to senior management.
- Monitor offshore production and shipment scheduling, ensuring adherence to lead time KPIs.
- Resolve discrepancies related to lead times, shipments, and inventory.
- Proven expertise in Supply Chain management, logistics, and inventory planning.
- Strong proficiency in demand forecasting, stock replenishment, and optimizing stock levels.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate key operational activities for seamless collaboration.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining best practices for efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and optimizing Supply Chain performance.
- Proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous due to interactions with offshore suppliers.
- The role will likely come with opportunities to visit off shore based suppliers, predominantly China based.
