Our client is seeking a Digital Performance Analyst to join our team, responsible for leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making for enterprise ICT capability. This role is essential for optimizing digital services and ensuring seamless, user-friendly interactions.
Duties
- Develop automated reports and conduct analysis to provide insights on key performance metrics, leveraging PowerBI and Azure DevOps data
- Produce high-level artefacts including business, process, and data flow diagrams to articulate current and future states for data and application management
- Prepare technical and system documents as necessary to support reporting and analysis efforts
Skills / Experience
- Data modelling and data extraction of existing systems for mapping into future system enhancements or integrated data models
- Working with transactional and point in time data
- Mapping and visualising process pathways and identifying bottlenecks Identifying metrics that contribute to process improvements
