What You’ll Do:
- Develop new and maintain existing performance reporting and dashboards within the context Defence's fuel supply chain.
- Work with our Defence and Service Provider / Contractor stakeholders to use performance data to inform decisions on overall governance and management of Defence’s Fuel Supply Chain.
- Apply industry proven experience to ensure performance monitoring and reporting meets Defence Fuel Supply Branch leadership requirements.
- Identify data sources and inputs required to deliver performance reports and dashboards.
- Interpret data and trends relating to WHSE, maintenance, operations and supply chain metrics and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Engage with Defence IT Teams to define requirements for data visualisation reporting (dashboards) within the Defence IT environment.
About You:
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Science or Commerce.
- Experience in performance reporting within a supply chain, manufacturing, production or project environment.
- Experience in an oil & gas, mining technical or supply chain role involving performance reporting through data capture, analysis and interpretation.
- Comfortable and familiar developing, implementing and optimising performance reporting in a business context, extracting data from various corporate systems and reporting using Microsoft applications (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- An outstanding team player with strong communication skills who enjoys collaborating, both internally and with external service providers to deliver high quality work.
