Working within Business Banking Operations, the Improvement and Enablement teams’ proposition is to enable fast, seamless and superior service for our customers.Your responsibilities will includeProviding support and updates to relevant stakeholders and senior leaders; working as a key business partner.Program delivery including business analysis to inform business requirements, program governance and oversight and delivery including but not limited to process re-engineering.Completing data analysis focused on voice of the customer data and other key operational data points to inform future opportunities as well as validate root cause hypotheses.Contributing to the development of change objectives and measures of success including designing and developing change collateral as required (e.g. presentations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) training materials, communications and reference material)Using metrics to monitor progress and provide updates as requiredWe’re interested in hearing from people who haveAn ability to think critically and analytically and use data driven insights to solve problemsAn ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, who can communicate to a wide range of audiencesExperience in program delivery / continuous improvement.Experience in CommSec or other share trading platform.Working with usWe support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time each month connecting in office.
