Reimagine and design new highly digital value propositions, mostly unencumbered by legacy platforms. Within Intelligent Operations you will join specialised experts creating a simpler and better Australian bank through experimenting, iterating and redefining for the future. Your expertise in lean, process mining and intelligence, operations, re-engineering, visualisation and problem solving will be key to you designing, delivering, and improving world class customer experience and efficient effective operations.
What could your day look like?
- You will play a role in developing our operational and process intelligence backbone using the latest technology and working closely with internal and external partners
- Take a blank page to reimagine processes and customer experience. Bring your creativity, innovation and challenge the thinking and vision.
- Utilise process mining to measure performance and visualise opportunities, problem solve and develop solutions to optimise and deliver. Challenge how we run
- Partner with the value streams to coach and develop operational excellence with data, lean thinking and leading edges tools
- Develop, support, and implement standard methods, approaches, and governance across the program.
What will you bring?
- An experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a delivery history is essential
- You will be a seasoned Process Engineer with strong data analytical skills
- Process mining experience would be highly regarded
- Hands on track record of process re-engineering, lean operations design and implementation, automation, and artificial intelligence
- Great business acumen, facilitation skills, resilience, and the ability to present clearly
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence others taking a partnership approach
