As a digital Product Owner, you will be passionate about partnering with key stakeholders and cross-functional business units to define, scope, prioritise and deliver market-leading Digital Products and customer experiences.

This role will suit an emerging, ambitious, analytical, highly commercial and astute Digital Product expert, with an enthusiasm for delivering innovation that leads to outstanding customer and commercial outcomes.
What does the role involve?
- Reporting to the Digital Experience Manager, you will help to bring the product and user experience roadmap's to life.
- Working with the a highly experienced team of Product Owners, you will collaboratively define and deliver the product vision and roadmap
- Lead effective prioritisation of product backlogs to realise strategic objectives and achieve revenue and growth targets
- Partner with development teams to ensure the Digital Product roadmap is delivered with a high focus on quality, continuous improvement and incremental delivery of value
- Identify customer pain points and opportunities to solve the customer and business needs
- Adopt a test and learn approach to support UX/CRO and Online Trade strategies
- flexibility to work across a range of methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Stay curious around technology and innovation opportunities
- Demonstrated experience as a Digital Product Owner within multi-faceted and transformative customer focused organisations
- Proven ability to manage and deliver exceptional Digital Products and customer experiences across web and digital platforms, mobile apps, etc
- Strong technical, commercial, analytical, data driven and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and concepts.
- Bilingual in languages other than English (Spanish, Portuguese, French) is advantageous
- Experience with cloud functions (AWS, Azure, GCP, Manhattan) advantageous
- Degree qualified within a Business/Commerce/Technology or similarly related field is advantageous
- A curious, customer obsessed mindset and high drive to succeed is essential
- Ability to build collaborative partnerships with diverse stakeholders and influence effectively
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present with confidence to senior stakeholders across the organisation
