As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the development of AI-driven digital experiences, lead strategic initiatives in the AI space and ensure alignment with Optus' service and sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and digital leadership.
Your day in the life of Senior Product Manager, Digital AI:
Support the AI Digital strategy and broader alignment with Optus Service and Sales strategies
Ensure the roadmap of allocated initiatives clearly delivers business and customer value, in line with a squad's Objective/Key Result Areas
Drive thought leadership and develop AI Digital experiences for Optus customers across all products
Drive Optus to be a digital leader in seamless innovative digital service and sales
What makes you perfect for the role?
Experience in the development of product strategy including pricing, product features, channel development and promotion
A passion and desire to be an early adopter and leader in the AI space
Ability to lead cross functional virtual teams and resolve, prioritise and articulate business requirements
You are empowered and thrive working in collaborate teams, you are solution oriented and have a continuous improvement attitude
Innovation and continuous improvement is what sets you apart from your peers when it comes to Customer Experience - everything you do derives a better experience for the customer
