Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Digital Production and Support Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for scaling our business, overseeing Digital Production and member support across our platforms. You will manage the delivery and maintenance of critical online touchpoints, ensuring optimal performance, user engagement, digital analytics, and effective customer support. This is a technical role that enables both internal and external stakeholders to maximise their experience with our online environments.
This role is flexible and fully remote. We encourage people from Australia and New Zealand to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise critical online touchpoints and high-priority pages.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and update business-critical pages.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to content teams.
- Implement and maintain key user journeys in collaboration with the product and technology team.
- Monitor and analyse analytics to track performance, user engagement, and identify opportunities to optimise the user experience.
- Lead online customer service processes, including monitoring and resolving member access issues and web technical tickets.
- Ensure timely responses and act as the primary contact for customer service-related issues.
- Collect and share customer feedback with content and product teams to drive improvements.
- Close feedback loops and report insights back to the business to inform strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Digital Production or a similar role, with a strong background in WordPress.
- Basic coding skills in HTML and CSS, with an understanding of web development principles.
- Basic knowledge of digital analytics, such as GA4 or other product-specific analytics.
- Proficiency in English, with experience in customer service via social media or online platforms.
- Highly motivated, capable of juggling multiple priorities, and excellent at managing your time.
- Exceptional organisational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, being proactive and self-motivated.
