About the role

As a Product Manager , you will be responsible for managing a broad range of product initiatives across our White Label Partnerships, Cards & Loans portfolios.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Oversee day-to-day product delivery and client experience, helping the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
• Act as a Product lead on bank wide projects impacting partners, and represent on Ops-leads projects for either
• Identify and quantify product improvements, building the related business case and gaining approvals within the Cards and Consumer Lending team to progress the initiative and manage any related technology prioritisation
• Manage content changes, feature development, prioritization, and implementation for digital platforms (online banking, mobile banking app) across the White Label partners
• Regularly review portfolio performance, identifying outliers that may indicate shifts in portfolio profile and/or opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to achievement of product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans
• Help drive innovation by collaborating with external partners/alliances to develop product improvements, manage ongoing relationships, engage in negotiations, and prepare agreements

• Demonstrated in-depth experience in Product Management preferably in Digital and Unsecured Lending within the Financial Services sector
• Proven knowledge and understanding of the cards & payments industry
• Prior experience in managing relationship with external partners would be well-regarded
• Demonstrated understanding of the credit card business and its customers and able to consistently look for opportunities to improve business performance
• Able to develop positive and collaborative relationships with colleagues, vendors, and external partners
• Exceptional communication with the ability to engage, build relationships and influence stakeholders at senior levels
• Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making
• Inquisitive, test & learn mindset
• Tertiary qualification(s) in a related discipline
