At the Department for Infrastructure and Transport, we are connecting South Australia to keep our State moving. We are responsible for delivering a multi-billion-dollar pipeline of transformative transport and social infrastructure projects, operating and maintaining thousands of kilometres of roads and managing our city’s public transport network. Our work encompasses every part of our State; from our cities to our regions, connecting and strengthening community. We value diversity and inclusion and foster an environment of collaboration, flexibility, and support for our staff.
The River Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Project is the largest road infrastructure project South Australia has ever undertaken. It is the final 10.5 km of the North-South Corridor and will allow motorists to bypass 21 sets of traffic lights between the River Torrens and Darlington and will provide the State with a range of economic, transport, safety and community benefits.
The project has grown its Social Media channels from scratch to nearly 20,000 followers and we're looking for the right person to guide and continue that audience growth and communicate directly with the community about a project that will change the way we live, move and connect.
Reporting to the Manager Media T2D, the Senior Social Media Officer T2D provides Social Media advice and services exclusively for the T2D Project, including content and post creation, strategic channel direction and responding to customer enquiries and feedback.
