Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Providing BAU IT Support with knowledge in Service Management Frameworks (such as ITIL)
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JavaScript MVC framework, jQuery, jQuery Mobile and
• Objective-C, SOAP, WS-security, REST, JSON and Database, IP network, wireless network and enterprise network architecture, Unix and Web Services
• Knowledge of both enterprise security solutions and mobile security solutions
• Ability to liaise with various IT stakeholders and business users
• Basic understanding of Project Management Methodologies (traditional and Agile)
• Maintain specific support knowledge and process documentation
• Well-developed technical troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve problems
• Keep on top of new operating system (iOS and Android) releases
• Download beta operating systems
• Test mobile applications using beta operating systems
• Test mobile applications with new devices
• Document found issues and steps to reproduce
• Review crash reports from mobile applications
• Administer related licenses under the responsibility of Digital Team in Sydney Trains
