Digital Content Support Officer x 2
Beaumont People require 2 Digital Content Support Officers for a busy team, providing technical and administrative support during a large refresh of key government assets.
Working closely with Senior Content Officers during a major transformation project, you will be conducting tasks to assist with the successful migration of content into a Drupal CMS and existing website, transferring from a Sitecore CMS.
A particular focus will be the pre-content migration tasks.
Preference will be given to those available immediately, or on short notice.
This is an initial 10-week contract hire, with a view to potential extension. The work will be a mix of onsite (at Parramatta) and WFH (mainly).
Key Responsibilities:
- - Tidying up of content in Sitecore CMS including saving and archiving of content, image, and video assets.
- - Archiving and unpublishing of content on the Sitecore CMS.
- - Identifying and documenting broken media files, problems with tables and other issues with content.
- - Creating spreadsheets of duplicate page titles
- - Identify images with the same file name.
- - Mapping and documenting components, guided by Senior Content Officers
- - Find TeamSite links and redirect in website content, update and remove.
- - Assist with review of analytics and documentation of technical queries or functional requirements.
- - Escalation of problem areas, reporting progress etc.
Candidates will need to demonstrate:
- Sitecore and Drupal skills essential.
- Technical and digital expertise relating to websites and content
- Highly organized and ideally familiar with Excel spreadsheets and Google Analytics
- Excellent attention to detail in completing repetitive and manual tasks.
- An understanding of NSW Government website content and standards would be great.
- Escalate issues in a timely manner, having a proactive attitude to team collaboration.
