The Training Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the training strategy and the development, implementation and management of training plans and resources.
Skills and Experience required includes:
- Management of training delivery for a project or program of significant size.
- Ability to lead and manage the training function to support meaningful change, enabled by technology, in a healthcare environment.
- Proven understanding of current and emerging trends in information technology relevant to the delivery of training programs.
- Tertiary qualifications in healthcare and previous experience working in a healthcare program/project is highly desirable.
