About the Role
The Digital Transformation and Innovation Officer will be accountable for Carelink+ system administrative tasks, including production and non-production environments, functionality, security, data governance, and system integrations.
Responsible for providing solutions to service improvements, projects and initiatives that improve customer and employee experiences, the role will be instrumental in preparing the Supported and Connected Living Department’s business systems for the Commonwealth’s Aged Care Reforms through a program of Digital Transformation and Innovation.
The incumbent will support the department to achieve operational efficiencies, meet the changing needs of our clients and gain business insights through operating with the right technology to deliver good quality services.
The role will provide leadership to the Carelink Service Desk Officer who carries out the day-to-day Carelink+ system support requirements to all levels of staff and completes external reporting requirements.
Skills & Experience
- A tertiary qualification in Community Services (or related discipline) with extensive experience in the development and implementation of information services, corporate systems, and applications OR
- A tertiary qualification in Information Technology (or related discipline) with extensive experience working in Community Services
- Experience in supporting, maintaining, and developing business systems and reporting relevant to a Client Management System (Carelink preferred)
- Experience with application support, system testing and current active knowledge of relevant business systems
- Working knowledge of emerging issues and trends within aged and disability services, and practices to meet and improve customer experience
