Digital/Technical Business Analyst (Mid to Senior Level)

Due to our continued growth, we are looking to expand our highly experienced Australian team and searching for a mid to senior Technical Digital Business Analyst with minimum of 5 years of experience.
As a Technical Business Analyst in our Sydney team, your key responsibilities will include: * Conduct discovery workshops, work with the Product Owner and other business stakeholders to identify high-level business requirements and convert them in to user stories and detailed functional specifications in both CMS and e-commerce.
- Obtaining a good understanding of the Projects Vision and Scope and communicating this to the Niteco Technical, Project and Design Teams.
- Working with our Solution Architects and UX Team to facilitate and lead requirements gathering, ideation and solutioning workshops with various stakeholders and project teams.
- Facilitating the elicitation and evaluation of business requirements for delivering new or enhanced features.
- Working with the Product Owner in building and maintaining the backlog, ensuring all requirements and user stories align to product strategy, business goals and technical solutions.
- Collaborating with the core agile team members such as UX Designers, Visual Designers, Solution Architects and Lead Developers. Be highly effective at supporting developers and testers in an agile environment.
- Proactively communicating with the appropriate stakeholders, and negotiating ways to deliver value when necessary.
- Providing support in pre-sales activities to showcase our capabilities and tailor our offerings to meet client needs.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of our methodologies and practices.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with good attention to detail and good level of technical understanding to be able to communicate with developers on the scope of work and required outcomes.
- Experience in creating user stories with supporting acceptance criteria, business rules and data mapping and following the development process through user story acceptance and implementation.
- Ability to design user journey mapping, use case diagrams and map them to user stories.
- Experience with User Experience and User Interface Design Process and Documentation
- Working in multiple concurrent projects and ability to prioritise workload and manage accordingly.
- Working autonomously without supervision, and taking ownership of project scope.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models.
- Experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Azure DevOps.
- Previous work experience in working with offshore development teams is desirable.
