The key duties of the position include
- Driving the digitisation of portfolio, program and project management.
- Provide support on the effective use of the digital solution.
- Undertake the administration, configuration and continuous improvement of the digital solution.
- Support the implementation of new or enhanced capabilities.
- Maintain the Portfolio Management Office intranet presence and information portal.
- Develop and deliver a standard suite of reports to support the management of the portfolio.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following experience, skills and attributes:
- Experience in implementing and supporting portfolio, program and/or project digital solutions.
- Experience in the application of portfolio, program and/or project methodologies, such as: PRINCE2; Managing Successful Programs; Management of Portfolios; Portfolio, Program and Project Offices; Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Demonstrated leadership, strong team skills and customer service, including the ability to foster effective partnerships through consultation and sharing of information.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills including experience in explaining concepts, as well as the preparation and delivery of a range of reports.
