Position: Early Childhood Worker
Location: Warilla
Key Responsibilities:
- -Plan, implement and evaluate a nature-based curriculum that reflects a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards.
- -Create opportunities for children to explore and connect with nature in our outdoor environment.
- -Foster children's curiosity, creativity, and self-expression through open-ended activities.
- -Document and display children's learning experiences and discoveries.
- -Collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a dynamic learning community.
- -Observe and assess children's progress, keeping records of their development.
- Skills and Experience:
- Minimum Diploma or higher in relevant field
- 2 years' of related work experience
- -Current Working with Children Check
- -Working knowledge of the National Quality Framework including: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- -Nurture authentic connections with our children and families through interaction, curriculum and documentation
- -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- -Relevant First Aid and CPR certifications
