A privately-owned network of beautifully designed long day care centers are seeking passionate Diploma qualified Educators to join its growing community on the Central Coast. Fostering a nurturing environment whilst focusing on building meaningful connections and providing positive learning experiences for each individual child, and their family, these centers care for children aged 0-6 years in modern, purpose-built facilities.

The Role
- Permanent full-time position (38 hours pw - potential for flexible work arrangements to support a work/life balance)
- Play a vital role in children's learning by working with educators to provide a thorough educational program incorporating children's interests, strengths and needs
- Contribute to the centers overall development and success in-line with the NQF
- Form meaning relationships with parents, children and the educational team in a welcoming, inclusive environment

About You
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- A current Working with Children's Check
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
