Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Nominated Supervisor, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre.
- Plan and implement engaging, culturally responsive curriculum activities for 2-3 year olds.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment, integrating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into daily practices.
- Demonstrate a commitment to using trauma-informed strategies to support the emotional well-being of children.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Passion for embracing and embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives in early childhood education.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed strategies advantageous.
