Evolution Early Learning is a premium all-inclusive early learning centre on the Sunshine Coast. We are a family owned and operated service.
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and passionate toddler specialist for one of our 15 month to 2 year old rooms.
Our outdoor learning environments are age specific for our 4 toddler rooms.
Each of our toddler rooms are 8 children with two educators and ample support staff across the level to provide more one on one care.
We require individuals with a passion for sustainable living and embedding our environmental philosophies through our ECO Warrior and sustainability programs.
Evolution Early Learning Mooloolaba is a purpose built, 4 level 146 place state of the art centre features carefully designed areas to bring the outside in, boasting a combination of naturally designed indoor play scapes, Evolution has built every area of the service with the children, families and staff in mind embracing the Evolution philosophy.
With a strong focus to create a modern and unique early learning and educational environment for our children in an urban environment, the philosophy of Evolution is to focus on initiatives such as the environment and nature, sustainability, children health and nutrition, sense of community and engagement and children's creative expression through our wide variety of programmed and extracurricular activities on offer.
Skills and experience
We're looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Diploma of Children's Services, or studying towards
- Experience working with babies and toddlers preferred.
- First Aid & CPR
- Child protection Certificate
- Blue card
- Food handling course
- Desire to work with children and demonstrated capacity to enhance their experiences
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven willingness to learn and develop
- Creative and Innovative
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care
- 5 day per week availability preferred.
